It has been a very long time since I have done a blog post, but I am happy to be back! I have been super busy! I just graduated high school and my summer has been packed with moving, volunteering, taking my first college course, and of course doing what I love most spending time with my family and friends!
Now that summer is over, I am soon starting a new chapter in my life. My first year of college! I am super excited but also a little nervous. I am excited to finally start my journey of becoming a social worker, meet new friends, and of course workout in the amazing gym they have.
As a college student going into my first year I know I will be busy with classes and other responsibilities I have. Given my schedule I have, I will always try and find time to fit a workout in. Whether it has to be an early morning or late evening workout. I feel there is always some sort of way we can incorporate a workout into our day. All we need is to have a positive mindset.
After a really busy school year and summer, I look forward to starting my journey! My goals are to keep up with my fitness and to continue accomplishing my goals.
